Click any author name on a result or detail page to land on their Kvire profile. You get a short AI-generated bio, top works, and bibliometric stats from OpenAlex.

What's on a profile

• AI bio — 2–3 sentences summarising who the author is and what they're known for. Cached so we don't pay to regenerate per visit.
• Bibliometrics — works count, total citations, h-index, i10-index when OpenAlex has them.
• Topics — the OpenAlex topics they publish in.
• Top papers — ordered by citation count.
• Books — pulled from Open Library, ordered by year.

Disambiguation caveat

Authors are looked up by display name. For common names, OpenAlex may merge or split records — we surface the best single match. If the profile is wrong, the underlying issue is in the source catalog and we can't fix it from this side.
